These terms govern your use of TeoTV+ at teo-tv-plus.com, operated by Teo Productions Limited (UK Company No. 17078804). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• One account per person. Sharing login details is not permitted.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (Standard, Premium) are billed monthly until cancelled.
• Free trials give you access for 7 days; you will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscribers keep the current rate until renewal.

Pay-Per-View & Box Office

Some events are sold as one-off pay-per-view purchases. Each purchase grants access to that specific event and its replay for a limited window (typically 72 hours after the event).

Acceptable Use

• You may not redistribute, record, or share our content.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the platform is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on TeoTV+ — including original shows, live streams, and branding — is owned by Teo Productions Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Teo Productions Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the relevant 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
