Cancellation Policy

We want you to enjoy TeoTV+ on your terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no phone calls, no fees, no hassle.

How to Cancel

• Sign in to your TeoTV+ account.
• Go to Account → Billing.
• Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
• You can also cancel through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing info@teo-tv-plus.com.

What Happens After You Cancel

• You keep access to all content until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew — you will not be charged again.
• Your account and watch history remain so you can resubscribe anytime.

Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial, you keep access until the trial ends. You will not be charged as long as you cancel before the trial period expires.

Pay-Per-View Events

Pay-per-view purchases are one-off payments, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. See our Refund Policy for details on PPV refunds.
